Clinical Team Manager

The role of Clinical Lead is pivotal in supporting young people in their mental health and wellbeing journey.
This leadership position will see you provide oversight of the coordination and delivery of clinical services to the highest standard, meeting the needs of young people and their families.
- Providing guidance and support to a multidisciplinary team;
- Facilitating clinical and caseload reviews and;
- Actively managing referrals and demand for clinical services.
As part of this role, you will have your own case load and be responsible for complex clinical assessment.
This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team committed to improving the health and wellbeing of young people.
We Are Seeking Someone With- A minimum of three years post-graduate experience in mental health service delivery (full-time equivalent) and meet one of the following qualifications:
- Clinical Psychologists or Registered Psychologists who are currently registered with AHPRA, or;
- Occupational therapists who hold current full registration with AHPRA and have completed additional mental health specific training, or;
- Social Workers holding an approved Social Work Qualification (Bachelor/Master of Social Work) and who have completed additional mental health specific training, and are eligible for mental health endorsement with AASW, or;
- Division 1 Mental Health Nurses who have completed additional training or have relevant experience within mental health e.g. with post-graduate qualifications in mental health nursing.
- Advanced clinical skills including clinical triage, assessment, delivery of evidence-based therapies and support of young people at risk.
- Demonstrated understanding of key issues related to the health and wellbeing needs of young people with mental health and/or substance use problems, including ability to effectively engage with young people and their family, friends or carers.
- $5,000 sign on bonus for the successful candidate
