Job Opportunity: Clinical Lead

The role of a Clinical Lead is crucial in supporting youth and adults via various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to planning and maintenance of clinical and operational governance for the team.
  • Support the management of clinical teams by developing, managing, reporting, and evaluating their performance.
  • Offer clinical expertise within multidisciplinary team processes and work collaboratively with individuals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent in occupational therapy, psychology, or social work.
  • A minimum of three years (preferably five) of experience post-qualification.
  • The ability to obtain necessary certifications, such as a National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check.
