Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced team in Lilydale. Our business is passionate about providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Due to recent growth, we require additional team members to assist with daily operations.

Available Positions:

  • Casual All-Rounder (Junior)
    • No prior experience is necessary; however, ability to follow instructions is crucial.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers in person and over the phone.
  • Shift Runner / All Rounder
    • A minimum of 0.5-1 year of experience in a quality or high-volume establishment is required.
    • Candidates must be capable of managing the store unsupervised and possess leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pizza preparation, cutting, and other food-related tasks.
  • Taking orders from customers in person and over the phone.
  • Store cleanliness and tray washing duties.
  • Providing top-notch customer service in-store and over the phone.
  • Effective dough and food management.
  • Leading the team during shifts.
  • Staff training, coaching, and management.
  • Ensuring store cleanliness and tray washing.
  • Maintaining food safety standards.
  • Cash handling and budget control.
