Food Service Professional

Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment is essential for success as a server.
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team, providing an outstanding dining experience for our customers.
With full-time and part-time positions available, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers professionally, presenting menus, and taking orders efficiently.
Assisting diners with food and beverage selection, serving food and beverages with a smile, and ensuring tables are cleared quickly and efficiently are also key tasks.
Ensuring customers are correctly charged, present the bill, and take payment from the customer is critical to maintaining high standards.
Participating in fire or evacuation drills and familiarising yourself with all exits is also essential.
Reporting any problems with either customers or meals to the Manager is also crucial.
