Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead our team in Ipswich, Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil design projects related to land, urban and subdivision developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer looking to grow their technical and leadership capabilities in a global engineering consultancy.

The role requires independent design, project delivery, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong consulting engineering and project delivery expertise.

  • Civil design relating to land, urban and subdivisions
  • Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits
  • Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
  • Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures
  • Managing clients and other consultants
  • Assist with project management and business development
  • Support Project Leaders/Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management, and overall Client satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in the civil engineering field related to design and delivery of urban, land, and subdivisions
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements
  • Obtain CP Eng and RPEQ Registration as soon as eligible
