Job Title: Organisational Development Partner

 

The Organisational Development Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership within the organisation. This includes leading the design, development and delivery of organisational capability priority projects, policies and strategies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement leadership development strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership development with a proven track record of delivering successful programmes.

About the Job:

  • Lead the design development and delivery of organisational capability priority projects policies and strategies
  • Prepare and coordinate project plans using project management methodologies
  • Provide expert advice and high-quality reports submissions and briefings for senior management
  • Lead and promote workforce improvement activities driving employee engagement and capability
  • Identify and present innovative process improvements for continuous organisational capability enhancement
  • Manage negotiate consult and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of organisational design talent management capability development and performance frameworks
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with strong facilitation and consultation
  • Strong adaptability to changing environments and ability to deliver quality outcomes under pressure
