We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Moonee Ponds store. As the right-hand person to our Store Manager, you'll be an integral part of our retail family and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is visually appealing and managing inventory and product displays effectively.
  • Lead and motivate our sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment that drives results.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, making every customer's visit memorable and exceeding their expectations.
  • Solve problems efficiently, resolving challenges and making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and your team, prioritising their well-being and safety above all else.
About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for people – both our team members and our customers. As a highly motivated individual, you should possess strong verbal communication skills, leadership abilities, and a self-motivated attitude.
