Lead Fashion Designer for Lingerie Category

We have a challenging leadership opportunity for a highly skilled fashion designer to lead our lingerie category.

As Lead Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the creative vision and brand direction. You will generate ideas, develop commercially successful ranges with your teams, and ensure seamless design planning and product synchronization across categories.

The ideal candidate will possess inspirational team leadership capability, solid experience in senior design roles, and a strong understanding of global consumer trends and consumer insights. They will also have proficiency in Adobe programs, a finger on the pulse of fashion trends, and the ability to translate these into best-selling ranges.

About this role:

  • Lead and manage a group of designers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design plan execution
  • Research and interpret global consumer trends
  • Develop strong relationships with In-Season and Innovation design teams
  • Ensure ranges are aligned to trends, consumer insights, and strategic plans

Key qualifications include:

  • Inspirational team leadership capability
  • Solid experience in senior design roles
  • Tertiary qualifications in Fashion & Textile Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe programs
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and consumer insights
