**Housekeeping / Public Area Attendant Role**

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-focused and motivated Housekeeping / Public Area Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that all rooms meet hygiene and safety standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Clean guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and linens
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure all rooms meet hygiene and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, lifts, and restrooms
  • Sanitise high-touch surfaces throughout the day
  • Respond promptly to guest requests in public areas
  • Refill housekeeping pantries with amenities, linen, and cleaning supplies
  • Monitor stock levels and submit orders as required
  • Ensure storage areas are tidy, organised, and compliant with safety standards

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning, strong attention to detail, time management skills, ability to work independently and within a team, and comfortable with light stock coordination tasks.

• Competitive hourly rate ($32.31 - $45.24 per hour)

• Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
