About the Role

We are seeking experienced, service-focused Public Area Cleaners to service a hotel in Woolloomooloo, NSW. Shifts are overnight, Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hotel public areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
  • Assist Room Attendants as requested and respond to guest requests
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is clean and in working order
  • Help answer guest requests and provide courteous guest service
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Have a proven track record of room servicing
  • Take pride in customer service and standards
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Available to work an average of 4 days on a rotating roster
  • Be willing and able to work Friday and Saturday 11:00pm – 7:00am
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Be reliable, honest and accountable
