About the Role
We are seeking experienced, service-focused Public Area Cleaners to service a hotel in Woolloomooloo, NSW. Shifts are overnight, Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain hotel public areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
Assist Room Attendants as requested and respond to guest requests
Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is clean and in working order
Help answer guest requests and provide courteous guest service
Qualifications and Requirements
Possess full Australian working rights
Have a proven track record of room servicing
Take pride in customer service and standards
Demonstrate good communication skills
Available to work an average of 4 days on a rotating roster
Be willing and able to work Friday and Saturday 11:00pm – 7:00am
Strong organisation and time management skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Be reliable, honest and accountable
