We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our project delivery team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract management process from tendering through to post-award administration and contract closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project-specific contracting strategies, ensuring alignment with schedules and safety culture.
  • Prepare, evaluate, and manage tender documentation and processes using e-procurement platforms.
  • Administer post-award contracts including variations, claims assessment, and contractor progress payments.
  • Provide ongoing contract reporting and commercial support to Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Lead contract closeout activities, maintain accurate contract records, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires strong knowledge of contract types, legal/commercial terms, and high-value contract management practices. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Project Management, Commerce, Law, or Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in contract administration within a project-based environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Project Management, Commerce, Law, Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within a project-based environment.
  • In-depth understanding of contract types, legal/commercial terms, and high-value contract management (> $10M).
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and day-to-day contract administration practices.
