Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing facilities operations, maintenance, and support services to ensure continuous availability of facility infrastructure.">
  • Displaying strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills.">
  • Obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and certifications.">
  • Developing and implementing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.">
  • Leading integrated teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.">
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and compliance mandates.">
  • Maintaining a transparent and proactive dialogue with customers and stakeholders.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a similar Business-related study from an accredited college or university.">
  • Five (5) years of experience working in Project Management, Real Estate, or a similar Business-related field, preferably on Government-sponsored programs of facility management operations.">
  • Advanced understanding of Host Nation Real Estate regulatory compliance inclusive of Real Estate Trust Account management.">
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing planned and reactive maintenance programs of similar scope and complexity.">
  • Strategic oversight, financial stewardship, holistic integration, risk management, communication, customer service, organizational skills, and regulatory adherence.">
  • An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance or Host Nation NV-1 clearance.">
