Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Procare Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their recovery, return to work, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and case management services to support individuals with injuries or illnesses.
- Deliver high-quality counselling services to help individuals navigate career changes and life circumstances.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to support individuals in their recovery and return to work.

- A Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC/RCAA membership) or Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration).

- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
