Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our team in Orange, NSW. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with clients to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs, and provide occupational rehabilitation services to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management and caseload management
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA, plus SIRA Accreditation
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills and empathy
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
