The Role

The Senior Product Owner will lead operational support, strategic developments, and implementation of products within the portfolio.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet service standards and initiatives are delivered.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act on support requests from business operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support product managers by preparing reports as required.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Lead projects related to HCMS system implementation and upgrades.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and highlight risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience in UKG Dimensions.
  • Proven experience in business/system support roles.
  • Awareness of product management methodologies is desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
