Job Opportunity: Employment Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Employment Coach to join our team. As an Employment Coach, you will work with customers to help them find sustainable employment and achieve their career goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for helping people find employment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships;
  • Ability to assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and advocate directly to employers;
  • Strong administration skills and IT literacy, data entry and typing skills, Word, Excel and Outlook experience;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
  • Previous experience in the employment services, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre industry or similar.

You will be based at our Mandurah Site and will have access to intensive training and support to achieve a Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development within the first 12 months of your employment.
