About This Role

As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level customer service and assisting across various areas within the store.
  • Maintaining a welcoming store environment and supporting the efficient delivery of stock.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising products on the sales floor.

You will be enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games. You should be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
