About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Asia Pacific team at KM Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and developing market-leading BD strategies to support our key transactional practice groups in APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full marketing and BD function for our APAC practice groups, including M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Capital Markets.
  • Work closely with our top-calibre APAC BD team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive key revenue-generating activities across the region.
  • Support our practices' leadership teams to drive business growth and develop market-leading BD strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and lead a team of BD professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in BD and marketing in law or professional services.
  • Previous experience in managing M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Capital Markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of BD professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Client-focused approach with a strong understanding of the needs of our clients and the ability to develop and implement strategies to meet those needs.
