Production Leadership Role

About the Position

As Production Manager, you will oversee all fabrication activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, on time and within established parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise production operations to meet quality and productivity targets
  • Oversee production schedules, review technical drawings, and establish clear production objectives
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, driving a proactive safety culture across the production floor
  • Manage resource allocation, including overtime and labor utilization, to optimize delivery and control costs
  • Collaborate with estimators, drafters, project managers, and procurement to align on project priorities
  • Implement and uphold quality management processes, ensuring all work meets required standards
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of production staff, encouraging skills growth and versatility
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards
About You

We are seeking someone with:

  • Trade/Engineering qualifications (Fitter, Boilermaker or similar) with extensive production and fabrication experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Proven leadership in production or fabrication environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality
  • Confidence in interpreting technical drawings and managing production schedules
  • Skills in engaging and motivating teams, fostering a positive and accountable culture
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Forklift license and crane awareness highly desirable
