Job Title: Disability Employment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Disability Employment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment support services and be passionate about helping individuals with disabilities achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action Planning

Develop and implement effective action plans to create meaningful pathways towards stable job opportunities for people living with a disability.

  • Employment Support

Inspire, coach, and support individuals with disabilities to reach their employment goals.

  • Partnerships

Cultivate strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to provide staffing solutions and foster long-term relationships.

  • Case Management

Plan appropriate employment supports for participants and seek feedback to ensure supports align with participants' individual needs.

  • Documentation

Maintain up-to-date and accurate files and records, complete relevant documentation as required, and ensure confidentiality.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ipswich. As a Disability Employment Coordinator, you will work closely with a team to support client journeys from intake to employment.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education)
  • Experience in employment support services or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
