As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with sustainable employment opportunities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing tailored support strategies to enhance employability
  • Establishing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Enhancing participant outcomes through referral to relevant support services and training
  • Providing in-employment support to sustain employment and marketing participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks while maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements

We are looking for dedicated individuals who possess strong customer service skills, can build positive relationships with participants and employers, and are passionate about helping others succeed in employment.
