Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead their own OSHC service, delivering high-quality care and educational programs to children.

  • Create engaging programs with leading-edge tools.
  • Establish strong relationships within the school community.
  • Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow professionally.
  • Manage rosters and administrative tasks with support from senior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Working hours: 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.00pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours, Monday to Friday, no weekend work.

About You
  • You are a motivated individual passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred but not essential.
  • A recognised qualification in early childhood education or related field is required.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children's Check is mandatory.
  • Willngness to obtain First Aid in Childcare Setting certification and National Criminal History Check clearance.
