Driving Business Growth in Renewable Energy
The Internal Sales Manager plays a vital role in promoting training programs and driving enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting prospects to present course details, engaging with potential students via phone or video meetings, and tailoring presentations to address specific needs.
- Managing the enrolment process by guiding prospects through setting up their customer accounts, sending enrolment links and materials, monitoring progress, and following up to ensure completion.
- Utilizing CRM systems to document interactions, update prospect information, and track lead progress; maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and providing regular reports to management on key sales metrics and conversion rates.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to access lead data and campaign support, and providing feedback on marketing initiatives' effectiveness and suggestions for enhancing lead generation and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal sales, preferably in B2B environments, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely, comfortable with cold calling, and confident in engaging with prospects over the phone or video meetings.
- Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in using CRM systems and generating sales reports, self-motivation, and drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to growth.
