
Aerial Network Coordinator

A leading regional airline is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the real-time operational control of its network. The Network Operations Controller will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe flight coordination, monitoring flight schedules, managing delays or disruptions, and optimising aircraft and crew utilisation.
This role involves controlling 'Day of Operations' when on duty by monitoring and managing real-time flight operations, coordinating with pilots, ground staff, and aerodrome operators/staff to address operational issues, optimising aircraft and crew scheduling to maintain on-time performance, communicating operational changes and updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations and procedures, arranging crew briefings and debriefings, disseminating operational information, overseeing technical and logistical support availability for aircraft maintenance, refuelling, and cleaning, allocating crew for flights and ensuring replacements in case of delays or absences, monitoring and interpreting meteorological data to assess potential flight safety and scheduling impacts, maintaining accurate records of flight operations, providing support and guidance to flight crews during in-flight and ground operations, maintaining operational systems and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate, always complying with policies and procedures, and completing daily tasks and checklists.
