Financial Leadership Role

As a senior finance professional, you will lead our financial team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. This pivotal role oversees end-to-end accounting processes, payroll, and IT support, maintaining the integrity of our general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate monthly internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; deliver profit and loss reports, monthly accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee finance systems from transaction source through to general ledger; design, implementation, and review of finance policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Provide advice and resolution on complex technical accounting issues; ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior management accounting or financial role within a complex organisation.
  • 3–5 years experience leading and developing high performing teams.
  • CA or CPA qualified, with a tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced expertise in accounting, financial management, tax, and commercial analysis.
