Job Overview

As a senior finance professional, you will oversee management reporting, financial operations, and compliance for the Financial Advisory division. You will manage a team of finance professionals and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate, timely financial insights and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end close, revenue recognition, and financial reporting in line with global deadlines.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, overseeing debtor management and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, cash flows, and quarterly VAT returns.
  • Maintain accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
  • Support audit processes and ensure local regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a small finance team, driving continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Act as the primary interface with external banks and internal finance counterparts globally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a finance leadership or management accounting role within the professional services industry (essential).
  • A relevant professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing a small finance team.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
