Customer Service Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Expert to help our customers achieve their financial goals.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, with excellent customer-facing sales experience and a genuine commitment to meeting customer needs.

The role involves:

  • Engaging customers: Deliver exceptional service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalised financial solutions.
  • Sales growth: Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identifying new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
  • Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both in-branch and over the phone to support their current needs and uncover their future financial goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
