Building Strong Relationships

The role of Relationship Manager involves building strong relationships with SME customers and driving portfolio growth through customer acquisition and referrals.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer businesses and financial needs
  • Providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
  • Structuring deals in conjunction with product and specialist teams
  • Managing a portfolio of SME customers
  • Collaborating with Product Partners and stakeholders to design, structure, and execute deals
