About the Opportunity
This role focuses on developing and implementing scalable strategies that empower our commercial teams to effectively communicate value propositions and drive adoption across small and medium-sized businesses.
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong product knowledge, solution-selling skills, and operational expertise in simplifying and amplifying merchant onboarding processes.
Your Impact in this Role
- Partner with account executives to drive SMB growth by operationalising internal processes and frameworks, leveraging your expertise to deliver consultative solutions that enable success at scale.
- Identify and unlock the SMB opportunity in collaboration with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams, co-developing strategic enablement plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term merchant success.
The Qualifications You'll Bring
- 4+ years' experience in sales, account management, business development, or a go-to-market role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working across internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to assess business opportunities and tailor value propositions to different customer types.
- High level of resourcefulness and a proactive mindset.
