About the Role:

This role is a critical component of our aquatic programs, driving growth and development in junior and senior swimmers. As a passionate coach with excellent communication skills, you will lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to excellence and customer service. The successful candidate will have experience in aquatic programs, coaching, or related fields, as well as relevant qualifications and certifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and implement strategies for growing junior and senior athlete numbers
  2. To maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Belgravia Leisure's aquatic programs, trends, and industry developments
  3. To ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations of the squad program
  4. To promote the squad program and participation in affiliated swimming clubs

Requirements:

  • Bronze level qualification (desired)
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Previous experience and success in comparable roles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
