Job Title: Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and documenting business requirements for insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
3. Work with solution architects and developers to design and validate system configurations.
4. Ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with industry standards.
5. Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams including business users, technical teams, and project managers.
6. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
7. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns.
8. Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for system solutions.
9. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
10. Assist in the preparation of training materials and provide training to end-users on system functionalities.
11. Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption.

Requirements:
1. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
2. Hands-on experience with insurance platform modules such as policy, billing, claims, or insights.
3. Familiarity with system configuration tools and documentation software.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and mapping using XML, JSON, and SQL.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) are highly desirable.
