Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Electrician Supervisor to lead our electrical team in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, with experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing complex electrical work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction craft personnel, ensuring effective execution of tasks, and maintaining project standards. They will also coordinate with other crafts, plan labor requirements, forecast resources, and enforce safety protocols.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and make a significant impact on national security.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A US or Australian citizenship
  • A US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
  • A Journeyman or Master Electrical License (or AUS Equivalent)
  • A minimum of seven years of electrical engineering experience
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • Safety Certification: Training and certification in electrical safety, OSHA standards, and other relevant safety protocols

Other Information

This is a contingent position based upon contract award. The role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space.

This position requires onsite work, with occasional travel as needed.
