Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Hiab driver to join our team in the Illawarra region. You will be responsible for transporting and unloading loads of up to 14 tonnes using truck-mounted Hiab equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate HR or HC truck with mounted Hiab crane
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Complete delivery runs to various locations including local Illawarra, Picton, Southern Highlands, Batemans Bay, and surrounds
  • Maintain delivery schedules and provide excellent customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current minimum HR licence (HC preferred)
  • Valid Hiab ticket/licence
  • Proven experience operating Hiab cranes (rigid and/or semi)
  • Strong focus on safety and load security
Benefits
  • $40/hour base rate + overtime
  • 10-hour minimum shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Average 50-55 hours per week - great earning potential
  • Company vehicle provided
