Culinary Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Manager / Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and oversee front-of-house services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Coordinate kitchen administration, operations, service delivery, and conferencing activities while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for the Kitchen and Food & Beverage team.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement quality monitoring and improvement processes.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Culinary Manager or Executive Chef in a Hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing food and labor costs, supplier partnerships, and kitchen operations within budget constraints.
  • Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to innovate within culinary concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
