Job Title:

A Culture Champion is required to lead and implement a new performance management framework across the business.

  • This role involves driving culture, implementing systems, and rolling out initiatives in collaboration with HR and Operations Leaders.
About You:
  • You are an adaptable and people-focused professional with strong initiative and confidence working across teams.
  • With 2-5 years' experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role, you possess strong knowledge of employment law and internal processes.
  • Your systems savvy approach, along with Employment Hero expertise, will enable you to successfully onboard staff and handle generalist HR administration.
  • A natural people connector with excellent communication skills, you are committed to making a positive impact and boosting morale within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Framework Implementation: Set up and run performance review meetings, support managers, schedule reviews, and foster a feedback culture.
  • Employment Hero roll out: Upload contracts, PDs, HR documents, and onboard all staff into the system.
  • People Engagement & Culture: Develop relationships, be visible, connected, and involved to boost morale and embed a positive culture.
  • HR Operations & Support: Handle contracts, onboarding, recruitment support, and generalist HR administration.
  • HR Advice and Support: Provide guidance and coaching on employee matters, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and internal processes.
  • Nice to Have: A working knowledge of WHS and safety systems to support our operational focus.
