We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to lead and coach a team of Consultants.
- Lead and coach a team of Consultants
- Oversee team performance and quality
- Identify Return To Work barriers and design programs to assist injured employees return to work
- Mentor and train junior staff members
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling, as well as a minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and coaching on case management practices
- Managing a reduced, specialized case load
- Consistently providing high-level customer service and growing business through increased referrals
