About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our team at NRI Australia & New Zealand. As a key member of our Business Analysis capability, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business solutions that drive growth and innovation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Partner with our Consulting Sales and Capability Consulting teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Business Analysis space.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our clients, leveraging your expertise in business analysis and industry best practices.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Capability Consulting and Consulting Experience teams to develop and maintain strategic business plans for our Business Analysis capability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of successful engagement delivery and leadership.
  • Skills: Superior client management and presales skills, extensive experience working across the Business Analysis space, and excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills.
  • Attributes: Strong networks within the market, excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to generate new business through targeted business development strategies.
