Job Description

As a Planner at our Thomastown depot, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective preparation and planning of work packages to deliver a safe, efficient, and timely program of works.

Key responsibilities include scoping work packages accurately, coordinating materials and services, packaging work to optimise travel time, preparing robust planning folders, validating estimates, booking third-party services, conducting site visits, and notifying authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in electrical network planning, construction, or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and GIS mapping tools (e.g., I-View).
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ and VESI requirements in planning contexts.
  • Agility managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
