Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all stockroom operational needs.
  • Represent the company brand and values in an inspiring way, driving compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to build a world-class factory outlet experience that meets or exceeds sales and profit targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Retail team leader experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Excellent inventory management and logistics skills.
