Be part of a dynamic team as a Project Supervisor, overseeing civil and bulk earthworks projects in remote South Australia.

The Role

This site-based supervisor position requires effective leadership and supervision skills, with a strong focus on safety, resource management, and contractual requirements.

  • Lead by example and drive our safety culture forward;
  • Effectively manage resources to achieve production schedules;
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements;
  • Provide timely and accurate information to meet management and client requirements;
  • Maintain and adhere to project activity schedules;
  • Ensure all contractual and KPI reporting is provided to management and clients;

In this challenging role, you will work collaboratively with our project management team to deliver safe, innovative, and quality services and products to our customers.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in a supervisory/management role within bulk/civil earthworks;
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Management (or equivalent experience/qualification);
  • S1, S2, and S3 qualifications;
  • A demonstrated understanding of mining and/or civil plant and equipment operations and maintenance;
  • The ability to read and interpret plans and drawings;
  • Effective planning ability, time management, and prioritisation;
  • Confident communication and ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance related systems (MEX) etc.;
  • A self-motivated and positive attitude;
  • A desire to work in remote locations;
  • A hands-on approach.
