Project Manager Opportunity

Are you an experienced project manager seeking a challenging opportunity to lead a team and drive business growth? We have an exciting role available for a Project Manager to join our organization.

  • Job Description:
  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from initiation to closure. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure project compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report project progress, including financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in engineering consulting.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management Practice or equivalent.
  • Commercial experience, including engineering services contracts.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects of at least $30M in value.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and develop a high-performing project team.
