Customer Experience Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Team Lead to join our team at Zip Co. This role will lead a passionate team of CX Specialists, ensuring they have the right tools and knowledge to deliver world-class customer service.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Team Leader role in a contact centre environment, with people leadership experience. They will be responsible for supporting and mentoring a team of 10-13 Customer Experience specialists, maintaining KPIs, and being the escalation point for customers and internal dispute resolution cases.
