Job Description:

Orchard Talent Group is seeking a Communications and Engagement Coordinator to help promote the company's unique mission and strategic vision. This newly created part-time role will play a pivotal part in shaping the way we communicate with stakeholders, tell the Orchard story, and deliver engaging, impactful content.

The ideal candidate will have strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, demonstrated experience managing websites, social media, and digital content, as well as experience planning and delivering stakeholder or corporate events. Excellent attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills are also required.

Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) are necessary. Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies

  • Manage digital channels and create high-quality written, visual, and digital content
