This leadership role oversees analysts and delivers transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of analysts in their development and project delivery
- Manage complex implementations, from scoping to go-live
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs
- Recommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution design
- Participate in workshops, supporting message testing and issue resolution
- Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency
- Experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role
- Proven success delivering solutions within a logistics environment
- Experience with integration, mobility platforms and transport fundamentals
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management.
They will be responsible for delivering solutions that improve visibility, integration and performance across the network.
