
Front Office Support Professional

As the primary point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our organisation's visitors. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting will be invaluable assets.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy front office area and possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. They will be able to multitask efficiently, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure that all visitors receive a positive experience.
- Offering administrative support to ensure timely and accurate processing of client/employee/supplier documentation.
- Coordinating access cards for new employees and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Processing financial documentation and coordinating payments.
- Ensuring seamless mail collection and distribution.
Requirements include:
- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals and teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to efficiently plan and prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and calendar management software.
