This role is about delivering person-centred behaviour support to customers seeking individual support. It involves working with staff to implement, monitor and review behaviour support strategies and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred behaviour support to customers across different age groups.
- Develop behaviour support plans and ensure their implementation.
- Work within a capacity building model with various stakeholders.
- Minimum three years' experience supporting the development of behaviour support plans.
- Minimum three years' experience mentoring staff to implement behaviour support plans.
- Experience working with diverse customers with disability.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite confidently.
