Electrical Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to join our project in New South Wales.

As a key member of the team, you will assist the Superintendent and work collaboratively with others to ensure the project's success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Leading Hands and Electricians.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by setting an example for all site personnel.
  • Providing regular updates on task status, including forecast outcomes related to time, cost, scope, and quality.
  • Maintaining records of work-in-progress and communications in line with project management methodologies.
  • Participating in and informing project planning and auditing activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on safety.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Previous underground mining experience.
  • Trade certification/AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
  • NSW Electrical License.
  • High-risk work License (with WP class) desirable but not essential.
  • Working at Heights (completed within the last 16 months) desirable but not essential.
  • CPR/LVR (current within the last 9 months).
  • Unrestricted C Class Driver's License.
  • White/Blue Construction Card.
