As a Residential Site Manager, you'll be trusted to lead from the front. You won't just be a number in a big machine - you'll have the chance to put your stamp on projects, make decisions, and take real ownership of the work you deliver.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll be running the day to day day on residential sites, working closely with the Project Manager to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish and making sure the workmanship is always up to TCA standards
  • Leading crews on-site - motivating, mentoring, and making sure everyone's pulling in the same direction.
  • Spotting problems early and coming up with smart solutions. When challenges pop up, you'll be trusted to problem solve and keep things moving, all while knowing you've got the support of the Project Manager behind you

  • A qualified electrician with 3+ years experience.
  • A natural leader who can keep the crew firing.
  • Someone organised, practical, and solution-focused.
  • A team player who wants to be part of a group that genuinely gets along.
