About the Role

This role is a vital component to our Infrastructure Services Business Unit. As the systems specialist, you will maintain and administer our work I.T programs, develop procedures and protocols, make enhancements to our processes and be the go-to person for continuous improvements.

You will also provide exemplary stakeholder engagement and coordinate the meetings for the Local Emergency Management Committee. During an emergency event, you will provide support to the Local Emergency Management Officer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating the review and development of policies, protocols and procedures
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions for business processes that enhance functionality and provide efficiencies
  • Auditing and reviewing current workplace systems, processes and technology
  • Undertaking Infrastructure Services reporting including monthly metrics
  • Providing high-level business and administrative support to the Local Emergency Management Officer

We offer full training and guidance in becoming the administrator of our systems and the opportunity to join an internal Business Improvement Network group.
